The KEOFITT Aseptic Sampling Bag is the ultimate solution for truly aseptic samples. Contrary to
the Sterile Sampling Bags, the Aseptic Sampling Bags are equipped with a 3-way valve, allowing
to steam sterilize or disinfect the system prior to sampling. This will ensure that the entire flow
path of the product has been sterilized to eliminate any risk of contamination.
It is designed to be used with the KEOFITT W9, Ingold and Sesame Sampling valves and could be
connected via quick coupling our Mini Tri-Clamp connections.
The Aseptic Sampling Bag is a single-use product, which is supplied in a sealed PE-bag.
The multi-layer film features a low permeability rate to ensure that the collected samples can be
stored for a decent amount of time. The KEOFITT Sterile Bag is also equipped with a septum and
LuerLock on the secondary port, allowing any extraction from the bag or to inject any substance
into the bag.
The quality and performance of the Aseptic Sampling Bag are supported by various certificates
and a number of validation documents covering SIP’ability, biocompatibility, extractables, USP
Class VI, endotoxins, mechanical and chemical properties etc. All Aseptic Sampling Bags are made
of medical grade plastics complying with all relevant FDA, USP and ISO regulations.
